Processing:

please allow 1-4 business days for order processing. Once completed, your order will be shipped and the tracking (if available) will be updated and sent by email.

Shipping options:

all parcels will include a tracking number via canada post or usps. Posters and international cup holder parcels do not include tracking as they are sent via Air letter mail 

Terms:

We are not responsible for any lost,stolen or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect billing/shipping information provided by the customer upon checkout. we are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier
